Care Plan

Step 1: New Patient Visit

This is where we start! During a 90 minute visit, Dr. Wojtak and you will review your medical history, family medical history and ask more about your general health. We'll spend most of our time together talking over your current health concerns (what brought you to our clinic) and reviewing any previous labs or imaging you have had done that might be relevant to your concerns.

You'll walk out out of the visit with an initial plan that may include additional labs, imaging, or diet, lifestyle and other treatment recommendations.

Your initial investment is $390, and includes a 90 minute visit.

Step 2: Discovery Phase

During this time, Dr. Wojtak will review any previous labs or imaging you had done that is relevant to your health concern.

You will also have time to go get any additional labs or imaging ordered by Dr. Wojtak. Labs we typically work with- DUTCH hormone testing, US Biotek Stool testing, GI-Map, Toxin testing through Mosaic or US Biotek, and standard lab testing sent to Bozeman Health. (Among many others!)

Investment in additional testing depends on what is ordered, but can include labs covered by your insurance and up to about $500.

Step 3: Co-create a Plan

It's time to come back and review the labs! We'll review any changes you've noticed since you're last visit and discuss what the labs and imaging tell us. Then we'll work together, as a team, to come up with a plan that supports your health going forward!

As you work to make changes in your health and lifestyle, we'll continue to touch base for support and any other tweaks we might need. We want to make sure our plan continues to make you feel better and works for you!

Follow up investments are based on time spent together- $65 for every 15 minutes spent reviewing plans and discussing new treatments.
