Treatment plans are personalized and may include nutritional support, targeted supplementation, botanical medicine, dietary strategies, and interventions to promote healthy liver, gut, and immune function. We will also evaluate other factors that can influence healing, such as inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, hormone balance, and gastrointestinal health.

Testing and Diagnosis

Exposure to mycotoxins—toxic compounds produced by certain molds—may contribute to a range of symptoms, including fatigue, brain fog, headaches, sinus congestion, digestive concerns, and immune dysfunction. A naturopathic approach to mycotoxin treatment focuses on identifying potential sources of exposure, supporting the body's natural detoxification pathways, and addressing the underlying factors that may be impacting recovery.

Diagnosis is largely clinical, but can also rely on blood testing of immune response to mycotoxins, or urine testing based on what your body is getting rid of.
